Dionysos as God and Lille Art Fair(y Tale)

Last night I went to the concert of Dionysos in Lille (about 21pm) with friends of mine. For those who still don't know this rock band – not frenchies are half-allowed to -, I must admit that if you listen to them (myspace or anything else), you won't immediately understand why I'm so fucking happy of what I saw yesterday.

But in a few words : This was madness... this was Dionysos !

Actually, first I thought only tracks like « Song for Jedi » or « Old Child » would be headbangable, but I was wrong. They were so deranged, thrilled... aggressive ! Especially the famous singer, Mathias Malzieu. A beast ! He didn't only slammed, he WALKED over the public. Then, slammed again, 'til he reached the end. Then ! He climbed up to the bleachers, over the wire netting. And kept on : he went to the end of the end of the end of the Zénith (huge concert hall) and shouted his song in his loudhailer... before coming back to the stage by the same way.

Violins, trumpets, amazing guitars, incredible DJ, the sound was perfect, although they had some little sound problems or fansboys and girls (but most boys – so fucking handsome yet so fucking fool) who couldn't help hurting everything which was in front of them to reach the unbelievable hand of Mathias. Kids.
I just succeeded : [link]

Anyway, today I woke to the rain of blood ( find the quote ) up to go & see Lille Art Fair, an European exhibition of contemporary art. It's especially for *Lenw that I go over there, he was with the Suty Studios. I immediately looked for his stuff, after noticed some pretty pics, found his staff, who told me they had to remove his work, which was here only for the private view and the first days (damn). We spoke a bit, I told I knew him – so you can trust me Lënw, I tried ^^ [link]

Besides, I found beautiful things but mostly bad ones (you understand, there was no Lënw ^^). There was a smell of... non-originality. No difference between most of them. Popart and Dadaism influence everywhere, extreme minimalism without cogitation, « contemporary art » for noobs and nerds from the hype in lack of feeling. I feel indeed pessimist about what people can find in such « art ». Do 70% of them go there only to say they did or to take the children out (and if dogs were allowed, I'm sure it would be 90%) ? Crap, man.

Anyway, here are some I found really interessant (I hadn't any pen to remember the others -_-) :

Frederico Granell (from Galerie Nivet Carzon)

And of course ^^ Lënw

/ATTENTION

Pourquoi aller voir Le Premier Venu ?

Enfin sinon ! Vacances, Holidays, Ferien, ich profite !

That's not really an update, 'cause in an update, you have really something to say.
In the last journal, I was speaking about ITER, but actually, I don't care. This time, I might should care about nuttin'. If some people found my last pics in a kind of way interesting (I couldn't believe it but...), there's sometimes more over there : [link] (may become a real website next, it's in progress).

Thanks to all who still take a look at this page. Merci.
And to those who listen to me, who try to understand to me, and sometimes manage to.

Call of Duty 4 do fuck his mother (french translation inside). Just try it. On Xbox360, if you can.
As for me, I do fuck people who have a Playstation 3. 'can't wait for Metal gear solid 4.
So, I read, and that's better like that, I think.

AND FOR THE TITLE

People who know what ITER is must be wondering why I'm so provocative today. :D
No reason. Just wanna be provocative.

But I'll speak about that later... I have time, and I have an account. For sure, polemic on DA are not rly harmly welcomed...

Here I am to tell you I'll submit pictures of my China trip, which happened last easter holidays. I didn't decide it, I just found a person - who will recognize herself - at my knees, beseeching me to put them here... (hum, actually, he just sent me some lovely notes)

So you're gonna see pictures from Bei Jing, Shang Hai, Xi'an, Dunhuang, Lanzhou...
Hum, especially Lanzhou. There was a market not away from the museum, there. With a friend of mine, we decided to go both in this incredible mess... Stink, blood, meat, strange fishes in paperboard, lots of birds - but I didn't get the H5N1 Virus, be cool ! -, dentist on the street, with dentures on a dirty wood table... Things like that.
You will see. ;)

subliminal messageagainst ITER ! against ITER ! end of the subliminal message

Old cup of tea on the desk, lots of fucking papers dancing and floating everywhere around me, tiny light, just enough not to let my eyes die from the darkness... Tonight, a restaurant with my brother : orange, rum and mango, anything else doesn't matter... Besides, gonna entering a college next year, with 6hours of german and 5hours of history in german, besides, keep on reading, taking pictures, besides, I discovered I was fond of Russia, besides, I won't be there for two weeks, from next monday... besides, lots of stupid things like that...

Besides, (I think) I'm back here.
Enjoy.
Or not.
